Hi, I’m Thea (pronounced thee•uh), a dynamic communications leader with over a decade of experience in crafting impactful narratives across health, outdoor recreation, action sports, and social impact sectors. My career has been defined by a passion for storytelling that inspires action, whether it’s managing award-winning collateral for Barton Health or producing creative projects for global brands like Google, The North Face, and Red Bull.

Rooted in my love for the outdoors, I bring an unapologetically positive and energetic approach to my work. My connection to the environment runs deep, from my grandfather’s leadership as President of Yosemite to my life in Lake Tahoe, where I raise my family and champion environmental stewardship in everyday life. As a mother, traveler, artist, and outdoor enthusiast, I believe in combining creativity with purpose to make a meaningful difference.

I’ve managed teams, led cross-functional projects, and developed strategic communication plans that resonate with diverse audiences.
